The ChemLogic 8, 120-day cassette fits the ChemLogic 8 (CL8) unit. This advanced technology from DOD Technologies provides fast and dependable detection of low levels of toxic and corrosive gases for 120 days. This high-tech, pioneering system gives customers access to advanced technology for detecting the following toxins:

Hydride
Mineral Acids
Phosgene
Ammonia
C5F8
ChemLogic cassettes are safe to handle and require no special protection as they are themselves non-toxic. That said, the cassette may no longer be useful in your gas monitoring system following contact with skin. It’s therefore recommended that, to avoid contamination, rubber gloves be worn while handling cassettes at all times. We also recommend that, as a precaution, hands be washed as after handling DOD ChemLogic cassettes.
